Options:

- Invulnerability
Enemy attacks won't hit the Player.

- Infinite Health
The Player Health will always stay at the maximum amount possible.

- Infinite Ninja Power
Ninja Power won't be required to use special attacks.

- Infinite Lives
Lives will always stay at 90.

- Ignore Shields
All attacks will ignore shields.

- All Characters Available
Makes all Characters in the Character selection be unlocked. So far I think that there's on 1 extra Character to unlock.
